Dudu succulent farm was established in 2016 and currently has 15 greenhouses dedicated to growing succulents, growing more than 400 types of succulents. Packing
We usually wrap the succulents in cotton or toilet paper, then put them in a cardboard box and seal it. Rest assured, this method will ensure that the succulent will not be damaged in transit. Likewise, we air-dry all the succulents before packing them into the carton to reduce the moisture in each family of succulents and make them less fragile
Transportation
We have courier, air and sea companies that cooperate with us all year round, and we can send goods to all parts of the world. If you do not have import qualifications, you can only choose express delivery for transportation. Under normal circumstances, the transportation time is about 5-12 days, if it is by sea, you need to ask the shipping company

IMPORT QUALIFICATION
SUCCULENT PLANTS
We have plant export qualification in china, and rich experience in plant export, so all the succulents will be taken off the soil and delivered to you
· You Have Qualifications
If you have relevant import qualifications, we can handle normal import and export procedures for you, and you can choose to use air or sea freight. A phytosanitary certificate is issued for each order. We guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you in the best possible condition
· You Do Not Have Qualifications
If you do not have the relevant import qualifications, we will use a special logistics channel to deliver the succulent to you on time. We can ensure that the channel is very safe and smooth. However, because succulents are living plants, they may be seized by local customs. Of course, this probability is extremely small.
We can ship products to Asia, Europe, America, Oceania. If there are special circumstances that make it impossible to deliver goods, such as national policy adjustments, we will notify you in time and refund you after you place an order
We will prepare and ship your order within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order.
The transportation time will be different in different regions, it generally takes 5-12 days.
Q1. Can I have a sample before placing the order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:The minimum order quantity is 200 pcs.
Q3.What to do if plants are damaged during transportation?
A.If the succulents arrived in bad condition, such as rotten, damaged, pls take pictures and then send us within 72 hours afteryoureceived . We'll replace them for free in your next order.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 2-4 weeks or more time,it depends the order quantity.
