Each succulent plant will be soiled and dried before shipment. We will carefully wrap each succulent with toilet paper or cotton, and then pack it into a carton. If you buy enough quantity, we will use wooden support for reinforcement

A.If the succulents arrived in bad condition, such as rotten, damaged, pls take pictures and then send us within 72 hours afteryoureceived . We'll replace them for free in your next order.
