About DuDu
Dudu Succulent is located in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao, where it is warm in winter and cool in summer, with plenty of sunshine. Unlike southern China, where there is too much rain, it is the most suitable place for cultivating succulent.
We currently have six greenhouses, covering an area of more than 7,000 square meters. There are more than 400 kinds of succulents in the greenhouses. We can also provide you with gardening accessories and other supporting services.

Package
Each succulent plant will be soiled and dried before shipment. We will carefully wrap each succulent with toilet paper or cotton, and then pack it into a carton. If you buy enough quantity, we will use wooden support for reinforcement

IMPORT QUALIFICATION
SUCCULENT PLANTS
We have formal plant import and export qualifications. If you also have plant import and export qualifications, we can cooperate with you to complete the formal import and export process
Before the plants are exported, they will be sent to the quarantine department of the Chinese customs for disinfection and sterilization of the plants, and to detect whether there are pests and diseases in the plants. We can ship the succulents to you through customs
If you want to save the cost of certificates, customs, taxes, etc., or you do not have formal import and export qualifications, please contact us, we will choose other solutions to serve you
Of course, if you want to save customs and other costs, you can choose our special logistics channel instead of customs. Just in case, we can also issue a phytosanitary certificate for your order
We can ship products to Asia, Europe, America, Oceania. If there are special circumstances that make it impossible to deliver goods, such as national policy adjustments, we will notify you in time and refund you after you place an order

Q1. Can I have a sample before placing the order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3.What to do if plants are damaged during transportation?
A.If the succulents arrived in bad condition, such as rotten, damaged, pls take pictures and then send us within 72 hours afteryoureceived . We'll replace them for free in your next order.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 2-4 weeks or more time,it depends the order quantity.
