About DuDu
Dudu Succulent is located in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao, where it is warm in winter and cool in summer, with plenty of sunshine. Unlike southern China, where there is too much rain, it is the most suitable place for cultivating succulent.
We currently have six greenhouses, covering an area of more than 7,000 square meters. There are more than 400 kinds of succulents in the greenhouses. We can also provide you with gardening accessories and other supporting services.
We treat each succulent with a serious attitude and make sure that all the succulents sold meet the sales standards of Dudu succulents, with brighter leaves, thicker rhizomes, and less water content in plants. If you care about quality, not just price, I believe we are your best choice

We will generally choose the appropriate carton for packaging according to the size and quantity of the succulents you purchased. Rest assured, we will remove all the succulents from the soil on the rhizomes and dry them for 2 to 4 days before packing the succulents, this will not only reduce the weight of the plants, but more importantly, they will be easier to transport Survive, in better condition, after drying, we will wrap each succulent with toilet paper or cotton, and then pack it in a box

Usually we will use DHL/UPS and other express, or air freight, it usually takes 5 to 12 days to deliver to you. If you buy a particularly large quantity, you can also choose to ship by sea
IMPORT QUALIFICATION

If you need, we have plant import and export qualifications, and can provide you with a complete process of disinfection, sterilization, and testing during the shipping process, and send your goods out smoothly through customs.
Of course, this requires that you also have plant import qualifications, otherwise we will not be able to pass the customs declaration and send the goods, because the goods will be detained by the customs of your country
Therefore, we recommend that if you have the relevant qualifications, you can choose whether to use the normal import and export process to ship this batch of succulents
If you do not have the relevant qualifications, or you want to save some costs, such as taxes, etc., then it is recommended that you contact us, we can use other solutions to send the goods for you. Of course this requires your active cooperation
We can ship products to Asia, Europe, America, Oceania. If there are special circumstances that make it impossible to deliver goods, such as national policy adjustments, we will notify you in time and refund you after you place an order

Q1. Can I have a sample before placing the order?

Q3.What to do if plants are damaged during transportation?
A.If the succulents arrived in bad condition, such as rotten, damaged, pls take pictures and then send us within 72 hours afteryoureceived . We'll replace them for free in your next order.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 2-4 weeks or more time,it depends the order quantity.
