Our planting base is located in the beautiful coastal city-Qingdao, where sunlight, rain and temperature are the most suitable for cultivating succulents. We currently have 15 greenhouses dedicated to succulent cultivation, with more than 400 kinds of succulents planted in them
We have always insisted on making the best quality succulents. We don't like to plant succulents quickly and then sell them quickly. We insist on using natural and pollution-free recycled paper packaging. If you buy a large quantity, we will add wooden pallets for packaging. Of course, you can also customize your own packaging from us. Each succulent is dried for a long time and the soil at the roots is removed before packaging. Then use toilet paper or cotton, carefully wrap it, and put it in a carton.
Transportation
Our main shipping locations in the past were Europe, America, Oceania and Asia. If you need us to send the goods to other regions, you can also consult us in advance. Generally, we need about 3 days to dry the plants before shipping, so that they can keep in better condition during transportation. Express usually takes 5 to 12 days, while sea freight requires specific consultation

IMPORT QUALIFICATION
SUCCULENT PLANTS
We have formal plant import and export qualifications. If you also have plant import and export qualifications, we can cooperate with you to complete the formal import and export process
Before the plants are exported, they will be sent to the quarantine department of the Chinese customs for disinfection and sterilization of the plants, and to detect whether there are pests and diseases in the plants. We can ship the succulents to you through customs
If you want to save the cost of certificates, customs, taxes, etc., or you do not have formal import and export qualifications, please contact us, we will choose other solutions to serve you
Of course, if you want to save customs and other costs, you can choose our special logistics channel instead of customs. Just in case, we can also issue a phytosanitary certificate for your order
We can ship products to Asia, Europe, America, Oceania. If there are special circumstances that make it impossible to deliver goods, such as national policy adjustments, we will notify you in time and refund you after you place an order

A.If the succulents arrived in bad condition, such as rotten, damaged, pls take pictures and then send us within 72 hours afteryoureceived . We'll replace them for free in your next order.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 2-4 weeks or more time,it depends the order quantity.
